Incompetent account management

I attended Planet Fitness Gym at Aurora Cobblewalk about 2 years ago. After not using the account for a while I decided to cancel my membership on 15 SEPTEMBER 2012 and had to pay a closing fee of about R1181. It was cancelled and everything was fine, but then in February 2013 they reactivated my account and started deducting fees from an already cancelled account. Apparently Aurora Cobblewalk gym had an electrical fire and the gym members were relocated, and in some crazy mix up they must have reactivated my account.
As it stands I have been in contact with a Michelle, who deals with Aurora account queries, and for the past 2 months I have been struggling to get anything out her as to stopping this mix up. It has become extremely frustrating as I have had to make numerous trips to the bank to reverse money that has been wrongly taken. THIS IS PURE AND I WANT IT TO STOP!
