After being advised I needed excercise, we went to Planet Fitness in Plattekloof to assess if we might like to join. The attention we got was amazing, with several salespeople making us feel very welcome and telling us all about the free features we would get including gym bags, free sessions with personal trainers etc. Well as SOON as we had signed, they all magically dissapeared and we struggled to find anyone further. The entry Tag then took 6 months to get, the gym bag was used for about 2 times and started to fall apart At that point we realised that Client Service does not feature in this company's ethos. Now recently our policy reached the end of it's term and I most certainly did not want to continue with them. I received a letter from their head office with instructions how to cancel by email which I did and received a confirmation email. Then I received a statement recently from the branch, so called them to check they had the cancellation. Well suprise suprise - they know nothing - phone their Head Office - they also know nothing, claiming they de-centralised - now Bradley the manager no longer returns my calls and NOW they just debited money!
