I signed a contract with Myles at Planet Fitness Aurora and called to cancel 4 days later. I was then told to send an email to [Email Removed] which I did. I was told by Rozanne Buhr to cancel with Discovery Vitality, which was not necessary because I had not activated my gym benefit with Vitality.
This was communicated to [Email Removed] With each phone call I was told I would be called back which I never was. This 2 months later and on 01/07/2013 Planet Fitness has debited my account with the membership fee. Today I spoke to Dimitri who said he would get back to me and never did.
