Hi, I have been phoning the gym in Aurora and your head office so many times in the past 3 months, and no one ever helps me or phones back or nothing. I have not been a member at your gym for several years, now all of a sudden you deduct R250 on random dates out of my bank account. Sometimes even more than once a month. Someone in your accounts department told me that I owe Planet Fitness over R19 000, but she cannot see where this amount comes from. This is ridiculous!!! You are money left right and centre! There are 100's of complaints about how you money from ex-members and you still go ahead. Not even management can give me answers or direct me in the right direction. I suggest that you scrap that quickly and start paying the money that you back sooner than later.
