Evening,
On requesting my membership to be cancelled on a weekly basis, for the past THREE months, and on receiving confirmation of the cancellation, my membership is still active and my account is still being debited with membership fees.
I phone and email the branch, but receive no response as to how this will be remedied.
I am at my wits end as to what to do...
This is not the service I have come to expect from Planet Fitness.
