Wont provide refund!!!

I am STILL awaiting my refund from Virgin Active even though i was called on 19 Mar'13 and it was confirmed the money will be in my account within 5 working days.
this has been the same story since January and its beyond infuriating now!!!

my story again!

I migrated onto Momentum Multiply this year and thus lost out on my Vitality status and access as at 31 Dec'12.

I was debited full National membership fees for my wife and I, totalling R1250 on 31 Dec'12. I contacted Virgin Active through Linda Fatyela who advised I would be refunded since I will already get deductions for my gm membership through Momentum.
Momentum then debited my account for Jan'13 premiums. Instead of receiving the Jan'13 refund from Virgin Active i was AGAIN debited for Feb'13 full membership on 4 Feb'13, R625 for my wife.

i have had numerous e-mail correspondence requesting this be resolved asap yet the only refund I saw was for Feb'13 debit amount of R625, which also was sent to my wife's bank account???

I have received confirmation on numerous occasions that i will receive my R1250 refund for Jan'13 premiums and to date this HAS NOT happened.

What is going on and can someone please resolve this???
