My kids and I were on the Vitality. On the 17th Jan on joined the Multiply. To date I have been trying to have this issues resolved with Eric.

Issues are.
1. There is a refund due on my account because I paid full gym membership fees for Jan 2013 and multiply paid fro the 17 Jan. I was informed that the refund will be paid after 7 working days after it has been processed.

2. My son was charged R99 was Club whereas he is a member of Multiply. He is registered in multiply but Virgin cannot add or process him membership in their systems. I understand it is because of the "" in front of his ID number. Previous excuses was that they were waiting for Multiply for a contact number or something like that.

I was informed yesterday that my son will receive a pro-rata refund after they have processes his membership in their systems

To Virgin:

1. I want the R99 to be refunded as you are not entitled to it. It is not my problem that your systems cannot process his ID number. He is a member of Multiply.

2. I want the pro-rata refund for my January fees. Virgin is not entitled to charge / bill me twice for the same service.

Poor service and I am reconsidering my membership.
