Conversion to Multiply

We were forced to convert to multiply from Vitality due to bankmed, and I was charged twice for my January membership on the 1st of January, I have called the call centre 3 times and they told me they are processing the refund, 4 weeks on and nothing has materialised, and my refund is still not affected. The service is pathetic.
