Triple charged in one Month "Insane"

I was with BankMed and had Vitality, when Discovery and BankMed's partnership ended we were transferred to Momentum and a product Multiply was supposedly the equivalent of Vitality.
I had 2 calls from Multiply agents in December confirming what my start date is and I clearly stated 1st Feb 2013.
One said I will be double booked as I need to start in January I told her I wasn't forced to start at any date it was my prerogative when I join she [URL Removed] end of January I was double debited. On the 7th of February I went to Virgin Active to also add the Multiply membership, the following day I was debited which is now the 3rd time for February 2013. I was also debited for gym and the agent Kabelo says its Virgic Actives fault so for gym I have been double dedited and Multiply triple dbited. Momentum is a huge joke I don't understand why they took such a big client base when they don't have the capacity or knowledge to handle such. The system is unworkable, I was holding for the call centre for 25 minutes.
This is just a circus.
