I am of the belief that if someone has the time to complain then they should certainly take the time to compliment. The prior problem i had regarding my joining fee and medical aid changeover was resolved efficiently and without further question. Matthew at Virgin Active morningside ensured i didnt have to wait around to sign paper work and fill in further unecessary forms.
