I called the gym owner by the name Fikele, and explained to her that i would like to terminate the contract due to me being unemployed.
she said it can not be done as i have signed and i now would need to find a replacement or i will be black listed if i don't pay the gym. i have not attend the gym and i am unable to pay back due to me being unemployed. and she has asked me to pay R3000 for termination of gym contract.
my concern is why do i have to go through all of that and be black listed, i am unemployed and feel that they policy is ridiculous i can not be forced to pay if i'm unemployed.
