I I took out a 24 months phone contract in September 2010 that was scheduled to end October 2012. I paid my premiums with no problems and at joining, had all the terms and conditions explained. At termination the contract was auto renewed which was not the agreement. I went to the consumer council to question this and they agreed what i did not have to pay. Virgin mobile still deducted from my account. I had to stop the debit order and now I'm black listed for it.
