I gym throught the Momentum Multiply Wellness programme. The short is the more I gym the less I pay. Now for the 3rd time Fitsmart Soneike can't register or capture my gym visits resulting me in paying a higher premium to Momentum.
I am sick of this. Im sick of having to monitor this gym constantly. I'm sick of phoning the gym and receiving empty promises that it will be fixed. I am sick of this terrible customer service.
I honestly receive no joy out of Fitsmart Soneike anymore.
