I took out a policy during the course of last year, i was of cause promised the sun, moon and stars. I lost my job due to complications in my pregnancy and Frank refused to pay. I then opted to cancel this policy as they were obviously not going to help me and how could i keep it seeing that I was unemployed. I requested a cancellation in January already but to date it has not been done and Frank just continues deducting, I want all my premiums back from January as you did nothing for me and I specifically said to cancel, how can one have salary protection when you dont even have a salary coming in. Frank is the most incompetent and least understanding company I have ever dealt with. You definately made my already dire position worse, whenever lttle money would come into my account you would be the first to deduct it, shame on you Frank, Taking money from an unemployed mother of three!!! I want my money back!!!
