Thank you for your response but i am still not satisfied. It is easy to type a few words from your side instead of speaking to the client. You dont care about your clients? NO CLIENT SERVICE!!! The day i went to try and solve the problem a was laughed at by the receptionists. a sign of DISRESPECT!!! They refused me that i speak to a manager or someone in higher authority and said they will speak to the person and explain and that person will call me back, which i believe never happened. up to today about 3 weeks i did not heared from anyone. You can now say this and that about the contract, but were you there the day i have signed the oontract? WHAT YOU SAY TO ME THE GUY DID NOT. HE SAID TO ME THE DAY I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THAT I CAN CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER A YEAR WITHOUT ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS, BECAUSE I ONLY WANTED TO TAKE OUT THE CONTRACT FOR A YEAR. HE ALSO SAID MY MEMBERSHIP WILL NEVER CHANGE IN 36MONTHS AND IT WILL STAY R200. I BELIEVE YOUR STAFF NEED BETTER TRAINING SO THE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. WHERE MUST I GET THAT MONEY FROM??? YOU INFROMATION DIDN'T REALLY HELP ME. I THINK I WILL PROCEED WITH LEGAL ASSISSTANCE AND I WILL GO TO NEWS PAPERS BECAUSE FROM U, NO SUPPORT
