I just want to express my frustration with PlanetFitness, i took out a contract sometime last year i think in August if not mistaken and paid a once off fee then everymonth R198 will be deducted and that was great, i did not use the facilities i just signed a 36months contract. I found out i was pregnant in December and requested for the coontract to be cancelled, no one got back to me with regards to that, till today i`m sitting with a membership i`m not using but they are just going into my bank account anytime they want and deduct whatever amount they want, i`m sick and tired of this as i dont see a point why i should pay for something i`m not using, my complaint fell in deaf ears, no one is assisting me. It is my right as a consumer to complain when i dont feel satisfied. Can someone go into my records and check, i have never been to Planet fitness and never even got access disc to get into the Gym.
