I have complained multiple times now with regards to receiving invoices for a gym membership that we do not use! Now to top it off, Planet Fitness have stupidly gone and auto renewed a membership that is not being used and has not been used since we signed up for it!
It was around September 2010 when my girlfriend and I signed up for a gym membership at Planet Fitness in Craighall. We were told that both of us could use the 1 membership as part of some special offer by the MANAGER, who we signed up with, and then when we wanted to use it we were told that we can't do that and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he had resigned(or was fired?? )
We have asked numerous times for this to be cancelled and still we keep getting invoices for it! It is unacceptable! We have not been using the membership, and now we see on the statement that it has been renewed! How can this be?? If we weren't consulted about it nor do we use it!
I am taking my complaint straight to the ombudsman, I am sick and tired of Planet Fitness disgusting service. Please contact us immediately to rectify this!
