I have made a payment to cancel my contract,
I have sent proof of payment as well as 4 emails asking if they have received
confirmation of the payment and asking if someone can please confirm the cancellation
of my contract. I'm sure i sent the first email almost a month ago.
not a single reply.
if money is taken off my account this month, there is gonna be a big problem.
absolutely useless.
