Manager avoids issue

I cancelled my membership back in October 2012, I got a call from the manageress. She spoke to me about not cancelling my membership, as I was overcharged due to the Vitality system.
I explained I had a car accident and I preferred to swim (less stress on my injured back and neck) but the swimming school hogged all the lanes during my time i attend the gym. She offered to leave the contract open till March and would contact me to get the bill back down BEFORE any further moneys were taken. THIS NEVER happened!!!
The debit was re-activate without me knowing (I forgot about it, due to the manageress not contacting me).
You have taken money from me and I want it returned, I have sent emails to Lillian Nyandeni to stop this and NOTHING has been done, I had to make contact 2 more times as I was promised then IGNORED again.
I sent emails and even after they were read, still nothing.
PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY
