I hope Ilse is not going to respond to this post with the same cookie cutter response shes being using on all the other people who have written negative compliant prior to me. I doubt whether Zone Fitness management even care about all the negative reviews you have on Hello Peter, but I'm writing this complaint so that respective new customers know never to ever use you guys.
Zone fitness is a for taking peoples money without their authorization. I'm handing you guys over to my lawyers and the consumer protection act today. You are debiting my account beyond the expiration of my two year contract with out my authorization. I have attempted to cancel and sent numerous emails but all the staff in your company are useless. You can not even respond to my emails so I doubt you will get back to me. So Ilse please do not respond saying that you will have to investigate and get back to me because I called in and spoke to you over the telephone 48hours ago and sent you an email you told me you will get back to me in 2 days. I'm still waiting.
How do I go about getting me account cancelled? Do you people even know what a cancellation is? I want all my debits back as from the 01.04.2011
