I decided to cancel my two year gym contract and agreed to pay a cancellation fee of R740.00 on the 10th july 2013. The day the payment was made I was told all debit orders on my nedbank account would be cancelled which did not happen. On the 31st of july 2013 they deducted the monthly fee. I've been speaking to people working in the accounts department and they are ignoring my request for my money back and are extremely rude. They are unorganised and extremely unprofessional! I've never experienced such bad customer service! They have never gotten back to me and everytime I do call then certain people either finished work and they are unable to assist me! Trying to demand my money back which they have debited, I still have my proof of payment and contract which I initially agreed to. Also have a bank statement as proof the debit has gone off.
