Response to previous club/franchise reply

It is always easy to blame the previous management as the source of all evils. This is unfortunately not the case.
The current management has made no difference, if anything they are steering the club in the wrong direction by:
1. Not communicating properly their intentions with the club to the members.
2. Very limited knowledge about the technical aspect of the club.
3. No managerial staff on the gym floor.
4. Hiding behind the evils of the past and not trying to change them.
5. The management should focus on changing the attitudes of the staff and the members will follow, keeping the club tidy, keeping equipment in their place ect.
6. Club ordering equipment, spares, services through the franchise which are not particularly interested in supplying these services outside of the main centres eg Gauteng.
This list goes on and on, the issues with the gym can be compressed into one sentence:
Poor management and support from the franchise.
As I told the previous big gym in Witbank about a year before they closed their doors for good, if good opposition opens you are going to close because of your poor service.
I am waiting for the usual Eish we're sorry ne response and no action.
