So I was unfortunate to open up a Planet Fitness account.
I was told I was signing a 1 year contract, planet fitness were nice enough to extend it to a 3 year contract without my permission.

So after numerous calls and harassment they handed over my account to Saya, who are equally as useless.
After months of calls and threats I eventually just paid them in full and sent them a cancellation letter.
Which they confirmed via email that they have received (both payment and letter)

Now 2 months later I'm getting called and smsed, demanding payment. When I paid them well over R3000 in order to settle this bogus account. When I try call them back, no one answers. When I email them, I don't get a reply.
Now my credit rating looks bad, thanks to them and I get absolutely no feedback.

I'm absolutely disgusted that companies are allowed to operate. It's getting to the point where I'm going to seek legal assistance in the matter.
