I have ended my contract with zone fitness, as I have moved out of CT. I did this ending of my contract in Nov 2013, end Nov 2013 should have been my last payment according to the 3 different people that have helped me at the reception desk. 3 different people could not tell me about a paper to sign for cancellation??? Zone fitness steals your money!!! Still taking money from my account, telling that there is no proof that I have stopped my membership. Got a sms telling me I have outstanding fees, I don't even live in CT anymore!
how can 3 different people not do their job?? apparently a piece of paper should have been signed? but not 1 person has mentioned this?? It is unacceptable and just a money making scheme! I also do not appreciate the employees of zone fitness trying to help me apparently and telling me there is nothing they can do and that they are trying to help. If you cant do anything why are you phoning me??? Its obviously not going to give my money back that was just taken out of my account after assuring me that end Nov 2013 was the last payment. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
