Misleading information

I called in the call centre spoke to Bongani, I wanted to do a eft transfer he sent me an email also advised me telephonically that I should enter the ref number that he sent to me and not my account number when doing an eft. I called about 3 days later to confirm payment received, the consultant advised me that I suppose to enter my acc number as a ref on an eft transfer. The agent I spoke to the second time advised me to email [Email Removed] with proof of payment of which I have done and no feedback. It have been confirmed on my side that payment was made but I am not sure why these incompetent a
call centre agents cannot confirm it or escalate it from their side. I did my share and made payment so I am not sure why they and pushing me from pillar to post! I want to know if they received payment and if not why not thats all because I have proof that payment is made. Also the email address that was provided to me I sent proof of payment but no response since email was sent. Absolutely useless. This is the reason why people dont pay their tv licence so they dont have to go through this nonscense!!! Its only the few that is honest and pay theirs but still its not enough.
