I cancelled my contract with Zone Fitness in Feb 2012.
At that stage my contract was not done i still had 12 months left on my contract.
After 2 years i notice that there was still a debit order going of. (This is 12 moths after my contract ended).
So they have been money from me for about 2 years now.
We i confronted them about this to ask them why was my contract not cancelled 2 year ago?
Replayed to say that i did not pay my cancellation fee.
I was fine with the payment i mad with in my contract but i wanted a refund on the payments I mad after the ending of my contact.
of course they refused to do.
After about 2 trips and 1000000 phone calls and 2 payment later they cancelled mt contract..
DO NOT go to Zone Fitness. They will rob you blind and expect you to be happy about it
