Worst customer service EVER!

I joined the Virgin Active group in late last year. The branch I joined was in Krugersdorp, at first it was very pleasant there everyone very eager to assist me with a new account, however it turns out the account number that was created on my account for the debit orders aren't even mine. Never the less they wait 5 months to make contact with me by handing me over! my first response is...
After nearly two hours of my airtime and money i came to the point that Virgin Active does not give a rats behind for the customers they only strive to make money!
They never tried to contact me what so ever they claim they did by MAIL, for crying out loud why not sms or phone?
why not pick up the phone and call me to tell me my account is in arrears? No why should they it is easier to hand people over and have them placed on ITC for THEIR bad service!!! I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE REFER ANYONE TO VIRGIN ACTIVE AGAIN!!!
Whoever reads and replies to this better have a very good reason why i wasn't contacted and why customer service to them means NOTHING? No company can move or grow through bad service, I am sending this for all those you are to scared or victims of this.
