I have a big problem with Virgin Active /MBD collections. I have been recieving sms's /phone calls from MBD regarding a Virgin active account and legal action that will be taken against me for a Virgin active account that is not even mine.
On a few occassions I received phone calls from MBD looking for a Mrs Williams and when I tell them that its the wrong number they didnt remove my number as I requested them to, then they started sending me sms's "PAY YOUR VIRGIN ACTIVE ACCOUNT TODAY TO AVOID FUTHER ACTION " I would like them to please remove my cellphone number from there data basis as this is really Irritating.
