After posting the complaint below on 7 Feb 2013, a Virgin Active employee contacted me saying that a bag will be sent to the Groenkloof branch and someone will be in contact for me to pick it up the next week.
3 weeks have passed again, I am highly disappointed
I joined Virgin Active end of September 2012 and there was a promotion which included an Adidas bag. When I joined however, the staff informed me that the bags were out of stock but promised to give me one as soon as they received more.
Two days later, a Virgin active employee was standing at the door, telling me that if I can refer somebody to sign up, they will receive an Adidas bag, which meant that they did still have in stock.
I inquired about the bag again and was told that they would get back to me.
4 Months later, still no response.
