I have taken out a 2 Subcription for both my husband and I with Virgin Active couple months ago. On the 24th December Virgin Active debited my account so I was under the impression that all my debit orders went off so i have widrawn whatever funds that was left in my bank account thereafter.
I received a voicemail on my cellphone stating that my husband subscription is outstanding. I thereafter contacted my Std Bank Branch to find out why was the instalment not taken off as at that time i had enough funds in my account only to find out that VIRGIN ACTIVE only debited once and not twice. The consultant informed me that VIRGIN ACTIVE also tried debiting my account on the 31st of December and again on the 15th of January making my reference look bad on standard bank side with regards to the unpaid debit orders.
I find this totally unacceptable and who gives them "VIRGIN ACTIVE" the rights to debit my account whenever they feel like???
Also i have been trying to contact them ever since yesterday but cant seem to get through the account department.
I want someone to call me A.S.A.P. and reslove my problem.
