I cancelled my membership with Virgin Active & I was told I would have to pay the cancellation fee of which I did, when the time came for them to debit my account they took what I paid monthly and still took the canncellation fee which I already paid in cash when I went there. I went there and requested a refund they said they will refund me but I need to leave my details on a lousy piece of paper for Nomsa Mawewe's attention that was the 1st of May mind you. Up until this very day I haven't heard anything from them and she hasn't responded to my emails nor phonecalls for that matter.
Hopefully somebody will call me with regards to this
