I am so upset with this branch, the staff there are so unprofessional and just don't care about customer service. I have been trying to cancel my contract because I now can no longer make use of the facilities. I have called them and even went there in person on numerous occasions but no one seems to take me seriously. They don't seem to understand that I can no longer make use of this service and I have given them my reason which makes sense. Even the manager doesn't seem to be better than his staff! I need someone to take accountability and sort this out asap.
