To whom it may concern
Due to unforeseen circumstances we don't have Discovery medical aid and Vitality any longer, we have joined planet fitness Fourways when we got our medical aid Planet fitness is still deducting my account and not one person has bothered to contact me regarding the clauses. I have tried contact Fourways Gym numerous times, my wife has called and spoke to a consultant at the gym and requested a manager call us, yet we are still waiting for a call. Between discovery and planet fitness I need to know where I stand as we no longer covered under vitality and why has discovery not notified planet fitness. I find the lack of service disturbing that not one person from either company has bothered at all to return our calls.
I am asking for a simple phone call to resolve this issue, is that too difficult?
