I was told that there was a Planet Fitness branch in Kwazulu Natal in order to sign a contract. When I signed a contract at the Mega Planet Fitness in Fourways the sales person told me that if I were to move to Durban I could transfer my contract to a Durban branch as i had it fixed to one branch to save. I knew I was moving to Durban that is why I asked the sales person if it was possible to do the transfer.
I have on numerous occasions tried to contact Planet Fitness and sending letters and i have sent a cancellation letter in time and paid up until the letter took affect. I have got a hold of the salesperson a few times and he keeps saying that he can help me and this was four months ago and I'm still waiting for his help. Eventually i got hold of the club manager and I'm still waiting for the response. It seems that Planet Fitness only want to help when they need money but no after sales service.
I really want this sorted out. If the sales person or manager got hold of me in time we could have worked together to sort this out, now I want this contract cancelled.
