I bought a dress at Bride&Co at the end March 2013, and went for alterations on Friday 05 April. It was promised to me that the alterations will only take one week. Now 4 weeks later, my dress is still not complete, and no one is getting back to me. My wedding is next week. I phoned the manager, Madelein, but she only said that there is nothing she can do, and that the dress will only be completed in another 4 days. Her attitude is really bad, and there is no customer service whatsoever. I paid R9100 for the dress, and if this is the kind of service that you get, I will not recommend anyone to purchase a dress from them.
