My experience with the Bride and co branch in Rivonia. Firstly I tried to get a dress for my mom, mother of the bride, which was apparently coming from another branch. We phoned several times and it was always going to be there in two days but never arrived. We found a dress for her else where.
Then I sent my dress in for alterations on 4th Apirl, to be ready for collection on 25 April. I went to collect yesterday 29 April. I phoned before hand to ensure I had an appointment and my dress was ready. I was told everything was ready and waiting. When I got there my dress was not 90% of alterations were not completed and the dress had not been dry cleaned. This is unacceptable.
