Feedback on my account statement

I tried in numerous times to contact Woolworths to send me my statements backdating from January 2012 to date as i didn't get my statement of account hence i'm still paying my account on a monthly basis. I think in January 2013 i went to the store in Centurion & i explained everything to them on customer care department and they told me that it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to send me those statements as they backdate from January 2012 and i waited for that 6 weeks and haven't received anything from them.

This month i decided not to pay the account and i know that i will receive a call from them as they phoned me in March because i didn't pay my February 2013 instalment due to this problem i'm having because i cannot pay for something that doesn't reflect my outstanding and maybe i settled my account long time ago and i'm still paying. One consultant told me i didn't pay the december whereas i paid and this shows that some of my payments are not allocated into my account and that is the main reason i requested those statement from January 2012 so that i can be able to see the trend in my account if there's any.
