So i bought a 6pack of parmalat long life milk, only to discover some were sour. Not to worry i thought, i call the call centre straight away, and they advised me that they will be in correspondence with me. this was on 10/04/13 its now 29/04/13 and i have not heard from them apart from me calling them! all they say is we will correspond thru mail? really? mail? that's how you deal with complaints and unhappy customers? mail? not a call or sms but we wait for a letter which iam sure has net even been posted. ref 13/04/265
What a pity you guys don't care for ur paying customers becoz u have surely lost all my company's business.
and that's about 7 x 6 packs a week!!!
