After having a horrific experience at Bridal Couture and demanding my money back 4 weeks before my wedding, I rushed to Bride & Co, explained my situation to see if I can find a new wedding dress last minute. I did not have an appointment so I was very nervous, but after listening to my story, the store manager politely asked me to fill in the registration form and asked Emily to help me find a new dress, which she did!!! They had no hassles with me coming in last minute and they had no problems with me coming in on a Saturday for alterations. I have full faith that my dress is going to be beautiful on the day of my wedding.
