On 9 Sept we fitted a bridesmaid dress and ordered the correct size from 'CT'. Melissa assisted us and said it will take 7-10days. On the day of the fitting we said she wants sleeves to be added to the dress.
After the 10days we phoned every 2days. Every time Melissa told us the dress will be there in 2days. On 30 Sept she told me that on the system the dress was now transferred to Pta and that they are waiting for the delivery. On 4 Oct my mother phoned the store manager, (rude) Dawn, since we still haven't received the dress. Melissa was not at work and no one knew about us or the dress.
We sent a picture to Dawn and she said she arranged with NELSPRUIT to courier the dress. We phoned Npt and obviously they knew nothing about the dress or the courier but had stock. So I phoned my family to buy the dress and bring it to PTA. At least we got the dress. On 7 Sept took it to Pta for the alterations. Just to find out that they had no material and it will take 5mths to get. So WE went and bought. The sleeves looked awful. On the 1 side the hem touched the ground, on the other her heel and shoe was visible. Worst service I ever got! So glad I didn't buy my wedding dress from them.
