Purchased a wedding dress from this company, alterations were to be made. After calling in several times, calls, not being returned, nor e-mails responded to. A month later, I call and get told my dress is done, dry cleaned and ready to be collected. After driving 100km to the branch, only to find nothing has been done to my dress with only 2/3 weeks to my wedding! No apology. Just a horrible attitude from the store manager. Half in tears, the tailor took measurements and called the following week to collect, when I went in, the manager, did not greet me, simply walked right past me. The second alteration was still not done. When I got home, my mother showed me that an old lace-up string was used as well as some black marks on my dress. Of which I couldn't see as it was the back of the dress! I highly recommend that no1, goes to this store! A beautiful experience turned sour! :(
