Unsupportive and Unrealistic

On the 26th i went to block my account at Truworths as my bag had been and it contained all my personal belongings. I blocked the account to avoid use of my Card. The customer service Guy helped me and gave me a password i should use when i make my first purchase on the new card they would send me. I got my Card and and i went into Truworths to Purchase a Cellphone, i had a temporary ID, Passport, Affidavit from the police station that my belongs were plus the password the call centre gave me to use when i made my first purchase. But The consultants could not help me. They said they wanted my S.A green I d. Do you have any Idea how long that take? I Have 4 official documents but Truworths could not help me. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT??? After 15years of being a truworths customer, and at a time i need Truworths the most it lets me Dow.
Extremely Disappointed... Clearly I do not need Truworths
