I had an account with Truworths paid and closed the account and I was even called in to come get my money back since I overpaid my account but a year later that was 2011 I wanted to apply for somewthing and I was told I owe Tthe Same Truworths the same amount I've received as a refund I went back and fourth but ended up paying the same amount back to Truwoths again on Sunday I went to apply for something but iwas told d same story dat I owe Truworths Am ITC listed why on earth the useless Truworths still has my name on ITC and I went today to my surprise my account owes R0.00 we called d so called head office who told me to fax d paper work from their own Lawyers plz. I have my name removed on ITC before Friday I will take dis matter further its so easy for you to List our names but you don't know how to go back and clear them since from the beginning it was your guys fault that you refunded me I want my name out of ITC I don't care how you do that I will also sue you if that's not done since its also free for you to do so
