I did not pay my account last month. My husband received an sms last month saying that because of the problems at the post office there would be no payment necessary on the account. I assumed that since we live at the same address the same counted for me. Maybe that was my mistake. I since have been hounded by the accounts department. Even after sending emails and even speaking to a consultant I kept getting harrassed. I admit that the 2 payments before that were late but in my defense I am pregnant and have a tendency to forget if I have done things. I am now listed as a slow payer. Funny when one pays early or pays more than the amount due you dont get an sms to say thank you or that you are listed as a "fast' payer. Anyway Edgars you can stop harrassing me. I will pay off my account in the next 2 or 3 months and then will not use it again.
