Watch was kept as a 'dress watch' and only worn occasionally. During Husbands fatal illness watch was not worn. A year later after Husband had passed away the watch was discovered to have 2 different straps. One polished one on top and one 2 tone strap below. It was obviously supplied like that. I requested that half the strap be replaced to match the upper on 2nd FEBRUARY! Many excuses later and very poor 'feed back' Im informed that it cannot be rectified. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! How can a gold watch that TISSOT obviously supplied in a faulty condition not be corrected? I just want my watch that my Husband bought me to have matching gold straps so they only need to replace half of the strap! A small request for such an expensive watch... It is now APRIL 24th and is still not resoved!
