I bought my DKNY Ladies watch at American Swiss Crossing shopping centre in Mafikeng on 11 December 2012 and I paid cash R1999.00 for it. I do not wear this watch every day because I do have a few watches. When I ask the manager if they will be able to repair my strap because the colouring at the bottom of the strap is fading she said they do not cover strap I will have to pay for the repairs.
I don't think that is fair because this watch is really not old and it is quite expensive so I thought the quality would have been much better.
If you could assist me in this matter for them to replace the strap for me I would really appreciate it.
