I bought a Breitling watch which NEVER kept time

At the end of November 2013, I bought a "flagship range" Breitling watch from Arthur Kaplan Jewellers in Menlyn to the tune of R75 000. It was said to be waterproof to 2000m, came with a 3 year "international guarantee". I was also told that this watch was sold at the "old price", because the store had been robbed and some of their replenished stock was at the new price. After adjusting the strap and actually wearing the watch, DJ noticed that the watch kept losing time. We were overseas at the time. Upon our return on-30 Dec we returned to watch to Arthur Kaplan. I asked for a new watch or my money back. They declined, saying the watch had to be assessed by Breitling first. Ten days later, Bretling assessed that the "watch must have been dropped" and it would cost R10 000 to "fix". I am outraged. This watch was worn 4 times. It is brand new. Bretiling's guarantee is worthless the minute you strap the watch to your wrist. The watch may have been damaged during the at Arthur Kaplan! Neither Bretling nor Arthur Kaplan refuse to budge on this issue. I am desperate. When I tell this story people are outraged too. Please help!
