Several Years ago I bought a rather expensive PUMA Watch for my daughter for her 21st Birthday. In the meantime the watch strap broke and I have been trying for months now to get a replacement. I have sent email upon email with a photo of the watch to PUMA South Africa with no response at all. Most of the suppliers in the Vaal Triangel, Gauteng have also tried many times to get a strap with no sucess. I feel that I paid a lot of money for a gift that has great sentiment and now cannot get it repaired. The watch works perfectly only the strap is broken.
