CAT The Brandname with service agents that

I have decided, to replace the strap, of my favourite watch, a CAT, after the leather strap broke in less then two years after I bought it. I agreed to the reduculous expensive price of R500-00 for the strap at the local agents, and after I paid my deposit, the watch was taken in by Cajees, Waterfallmall, . Rustenburg, on 16 February 2013, and sent to the service centre in Johannesburg.

On 17 April 2013, I went back to, "Cajees", who told me that the watch is NOT back yet, and after I demanded CAT / the Agents to be phoned, they did so in front of me, just to be told that "they do not have a strap in stock"...

Why do I have six pairs of CAT shoest, (and you are welcome to check it), CAT caps, CAT watch, etc if this is the service that I / we get? This is nothing else then pathetic. Two strap pins out, new watch strap fitted, two pins back in place... Is ten minutes too long|??? Never mind two months. (For now)
