I bought a Guess watch from Sterns Cape Town, after wearing it once the watch started to peel off in some areas, I immediately took it back to the store and they promised to fix it, the watch came backwards and forwards without it being fixed properly, the last incident is when they phoned me to say my watch was ready for collection when I went to collect it they used an off white/creamish strap with made the watch to look so disgusting their excuse is that they do not have the original strap I bought the watch with, who's fault is that? is it very difficult for them to refund my money or give me a new watch?
